1) Reports have shown that Casement Window opening outwards had the most fallen window cases
2) Numerous cases of dangerous window cleaning practices
3) Reports also shown that lack of maintenance is top reason most windows fell, home owners will be found guilty (fined up to $10,000, jailed for up to a year, or both) if window falls because they are not properly maintained

Our Managing Director decided to take up the idea seriously and work closely with his Product Research & Development Team. A new innovative design was created by going through many prototypes, evaluation trials and testing before introducing to the market.
