Why Slim? We received feedbacks that the current window grille is protruding too much causing them unnecessary wastage of space. Our Managing Director decided to take up the idea seriously and work closely with his Product Research & Development Team. A new innovative design was created by going through many prototypes, evaluation trials and testing before introducing to the market.

The new product allows the safest and most unobstructed view. They can be installed for residential and commercial use. We have selected this new invention by re-construct on the window grille framework after market research to meet home owner’s criteria and improve on the manufacturing process. Our window grilles offer strong protection because our extruded aluminium bars are specially designed and also built in a screw port on both ends for tightening purpose. The bars are tightened with stainless steel screws which able to give a better strength and rigidity. Our sliding 2 & 3 ways track thickness at only 32mm & 50mm, which makes it the slimmest window frame works in Singapore.

Conformance to Load Deflection Test with reference to ASTM E855-08.

The test was conducted and result shown as follows;-

1) The bar is able to withstand a max load of 26kgf and no sign of fracture

2) Frame Assembly with Profile Bar
-The Frame is able to withstand a max load of 87kgf and no sign of fracture
